DatabaseSync polls for changes every 60 seconds by default. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time. True real‑time webhooks are on our roadmap — but for most Airtable/Notion workflows, near‑real‑time is more than enough.

Do I need a paid Airtable plan?

No. DatabaseSync works with Airtable's free tier. However, the free plan has API rate limits, so if you're syncing large bases frequently, a paid Airtable plan will give you a smoother experience.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. There are no contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hoops to jump through. Cancel from your dashboard in one click and your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if a sync fails?
